There are three categories of registration:

  • Early Bird (before October 31, 2011)
  • Standard Rate (November 1 , 2011– January 31, 2012)
  • Late (February 1, 2012 – onsite)

Registration includes admittance to the Welcome Reception on February 7, all conference sessions February 8-9, and continental breakfast and lunch February 8-9.

Non-Profit Attendees: includes all 501c3 organizations as well as universities and academic institutions.

General Attendees: any type of government employee (state, federal, etc) and private sector organizations.

*All students must provide a copy of their current student ID upon check-in.
**All non-profit employees must provide identification from their employer (business card, badge, etc) upon check-in.

Register Now

Charges will appear on your credit card saying "LSU Stephenson Disaster Management Institute."

Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the conference. Please contact Blair Beter at SDMI at bbeter1@lsu.edu or via phone at (225) 578-7668 with the name of the replacement.

Note: For a refund, cancellations must be made by January 7, 2012. If cancellations are made between January 7 & February 7, 2012, then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
