There are three categories of registration:
- Early Bird (before November 30, 2009)
- Standard Rate (Dec 1- Jan 29, 2010)
- Late (Jan 30 – onsite)
Registration includes admittance to the Welcome Reception on February 3, all conference sessions February 4–5, and continental breakfast and lunch February 4–5.

*All students must provide a copy of their current student ID upon check-in.
**All non-profit employees must provide identification from their employer (business card, badge, etc) upon check-in.

Registration must be completed online here: https://www.regonline.com/NEC Charges will appear on your credit card saying "LSU Foundation."
Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the conference. Please contact Judy Walker at SDMI at jhwalker@lsu.edu or via phone at (225) 578-5138 with the name of the replacement.
Note: For a refund, cancellations must be made by January 3, 2010. If cancellations are made between January 3 & February 3, 2010, then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
